The Flate Plate Panel solar water heating system is an all-in-one solution for those who want to reduce their carbon footprint and save on energy bills. This package includes everything you need to install a solar water heating system for your home or business.
The package comes with 2 Flate Plate Panels, which you can choose to orientate in any direction, making it easy to fit to any roof. The panels are fastened to the roof using 3 sets of roof integrating fastening brackets and 2 wooden stop laths. The panels are secured in place using an in-roof flashing metal set, which fits neatly around the panels.
The hydraulic connection set and 3/4 inch connection set connect the panels to the rest of the system. The air eliminator with extension and blanking cap ensures that the system runs smoothly without any air pockets.
The Sorel MTDCV5 controller is the heart of the system, ensuring that the panels and pumpstation work together efficiently. The pumpstation is chosen by you and is an essential part of the system, pumping water through the panels and back into the tank. The Twinsol pipework, which is also selected by you, connects the pumpstation to the panels.
The antifreeze, discharge vessel, expansion vessel, and spirovent de-aerator work together to ensure that the system is free of air pockets and has the right amount of pressure. The overvoltage protection unit ensures that the system is protected from power surges.
The package includes a bracket for the expansion vessel and a connection pipe, as well as 2 DN16 joiners, 3 PT1000 sensors, and 6 DN16/22mm adapters. The DN16 back nuts are also included.
This system is easy to install and requires minimal maintenance. It is an ideal solution for those who want to reduce their energy bills and their carbon footprint.
