Introducing our powerful and efficient stainless steel heat exchanger with a rated output of 460,000 BTU and a KW of 134.7. This heat exchanger is ideal for swimming pools that require large volumes of water to be heated quickly. The filter secondary flow rate is an impressive 103 GPM or 39 M3hr, and the boiler primary flow rate is 38 GPM or 10 M3hr.
Designed to handle high water temperatures, the primary water design flow temperature is 82°C, and the primary water design return temperature is 71°C, with a primary head loss of 5ft or 150mb. The heat exchanger's dimensions are 220mm in width, 775mm in length, and 140mm in depth, with a weight of 17.5kg.
For maximum efficiency and to prevent chlorine from attacking copper, this heat exchanger is made of high-quality stainless steel. Pipe fittings are 1 BSP on the solar/boiler input and output and 1.5 BSP on the pool connections, both of which are male fittings. We recommend fitting this heat exchanger downstream of the pool pump filter unit.
