The solar coil, made from high-efficiency finned tube with a large surface area, efficiently transfers heat from solar panels into the cylinder for a sustainable energy source.
The boiler coil, manufactured to BS 1566, can also be supplied as high recovery to reduce boiler cycling. The cylinder is manufactured in accordance with relevant British Standards and is compliant with Part L of the Building Regulations.
The cylinder is insulated with 50mm of polyurethane foam lagging, which can be applied up to 75mm thickness in most cases. This insulation has an ozone depletion potential of zero and a global warming potential of one, making it an environmentally friendly option.
With a dedicated solar volume of 82 litres and a solar coil area of 1.62m2, this cylinder is an effective and efficient way to store and provide domestic hot water.
