Introducing our copper twin coil solar cylinders, specifically designed to work in conjunction with your domestic heating system. With an impressive capacity of 168 litres, this cylinder is made from durable copper material and measures 1200mm x 450mm in size.
Equipped with a solar coil, manufactured from high-efficiency finned tube with a large surface area, this cylinder transfers heat from the solar panels into the hot water cylinder, providing an eco-friendly way to heat your water. The additional boiler coil, manufactured to BS 1566, can also be supplied as high recovery to reduce boiler cycling, making this cylinder a versatile and reliable option for your home.
This cylinder is manufactured in accordance with the relevant British Standards and in compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations, ensuring its high performance heating coils and low heat loss are both efficient and effective in storing and providing domestic hot water. With a factory-applied insulation thickness of 50mm polyurethane foam, our lagging is the most environmentally friendly type available, with an ozone depletion potential of zero and a global warming potential of one.
This cylinder features a H Stat Pocket of 1005mm and an L Stat Pocket of 175mm, making it easy to monitor and adjust your water temperature. With a dedicated solar volume (Vs) of 79 and a solar coil area of 1.62m2, this cylinder is an excellent option for those who prioritize eco-friendliness and cost-effective solutions.
